Its been a long time since I posted a recipe. I am going to share mixed vegetable noodle recipe. Here is the list of ingredients you will need.
Ingredients:
Noodles - 500 gm ( I used plain noodles)
Mixed vegetables - 3 cups (carrot, beans, peas and cabbage)
Onion - 1 big chopped finely
Ginger - 1 inch chopped finely
Garlic - 3 or 4 flakes chopped finely
Cooking oil and salt as needed
For sauce:
Soy sauce- 1.5 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1.5 tbsp
For garnishing:
Spring onions or coriander leaves
Method:
Cook the noodles and keep it separately.
Heat a pan or wok. add oil. Once its hot, add chopped ginger and garlic and cook till the raw smell goes off.
Then add the chopped onions and vegetables and saute till its coated with oil. Close and cook till its done.
Add all the sauces in a bowl and mix and keep.
Add the noodles to the vegetable mix. Give a cook mix. Then add the sauce and check for salt.
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
