Okra-cut 2 cups
Onion-1 big chopped
Tomato-1 chopped
Sambar powder-2 tbsp
Salt to tast

Method:
- Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion and tomato.Then add the okra/ladies finger and fry for a min.
- Add in the masala powder and fry till the raw smell goes.Then add a cup of water and allow to cook closed.Once all the water is drained add salt.Goes well with rasam/curd rice.
