I am ready to post a recipe finally after 2 years. Specially this one that can be done in 15 mins and calls for only few ingredients. This is a savior when you don't want to spend so much time in the kitchen. I will go direct to the recipe now.
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Green chillies - 2
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp(i have used roasted)
CHilli powder - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder/ whole jeera - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves, coriander & mint leaves to garnish
whole spices like cardamom,cloves, bay leaf & cinnamon stick
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker or a pan & add the whole spices once the oil is hot.

add the green chillies & ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Add the chopped tomatoes & the masala powders and mix it well.Finally add the chicken,salt & curry leaves and give a good mix with the masala. Cover & cook chicken until done. I normally use my pressure cooker & cook with 1/2 cup water for 3 whistles.
