Ingredients:
Potato-3 boiledOnion-1 chopped
Green Peas-1 cup
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
salt
Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes and set aside.Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till it becomes transparent.
- Then add in all the masala powders and fry till the raw smell goes.Then add the green peas and a cup of water and allow it to cook.
- When the green peas are half cooked add in the mashed potatoes and fry till it gets coated with the masala.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rasam rice or chapathi
