This recipe is easy to do and a good side dish for curd
rice. My mom used to make this when I was at school. This one is loved by me
and my sis as well
Ingredients:
Carrot
|
2 or 3 chopped
|
Chilli powder
|
2 tbsp
|
Coriander powder
|
1 tbsp
|
Garam masala
|
½ tbsp
|
Oil to fry
|
|
Salt to taste
|
|
Method:
1.
Peel the skin of carrot and chop into thin
slices
2.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the carrot. Then add
the masala powders and keep frying till the raw smell goes off. Add salt and
fry for 2 more mins
3.
Serve hot with curd or rasam rice.
