Mutton is one of few I cook very rare these days. Yet I
wanted to make something quick and tasty with it. And to my surprise it came
out well. My husband also liked it very much.
Ingredients:

Curry leaves
|
Few
|
Mustard seeds
|

|
Method:
1.
Clean mutton pieces and chop them into small pieces.
Pressure cook it with little water and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
2.
Grind pepper corn and fennel seed to coarse
powder.
3.
In a pan, heat oil, splutter mustard seeds. Add
chopped onion and curry leaves and sauté them well.
4.
Add the ground mixture and fry till raw smell
goes. Finally add the cooked mutton pieces and fry till all combine well.
5.
Check for salt and garnish with coriander
leaves.
Tips
Adding chopped garlic and ginger is optional. I have added it in dish but have not put in recipe.
