I made red chilli sauce for making Chilli Chicken. I was not
able to get it from the shop. So made it myself. Its very easy to make.
Ingredients
Dry Red chillies – 10
Garlic pods – ½ cup
Method:
1.
Soak red chillies for about 20 mins.
2.
After 20 mins, drain the water and grind it
along with garlic to a paste.
Note:
If you want to reduce the spicyness remove the seeds from
red chillies and grind
