Gobi 65

Cauliflower florets-1 cup
Corn flour-2 to 3 tbsp
Maida-2 to 3 tbsp
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Curd-2 tbsp

*semi cook the florets and mix it with all ingredients and marinate for at least 30 mins and then deep fry the florets
