Carrot fry



This recipe is easy to do and a good side dish for curd rice. My mom used to make this when I was at school. This one is loved by me and my sis as well
Ingredients:
Carrot
2 or 3 chopped
Chilli powder
2 tbsp
Coriander powder
1 tbsp
Garam masala
½ tbsp
Oil to fry

Salt to taste


Method:
1.       Peel the skin of carrot and chop into thin slices
2.       Heat oil in a pan and fry the carrot. Then add the masala powders and keep frying till the raw smell goes off. Add salt and fry for 2 more mins
3.       Serve hot with curd or rasam rice.
