Two minute microwave cake







Ran out of snack at home!!!!. This will help you if you have an microwave oven at home. I have tried this recipe many times. Here comes the recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour / Self raising flour
1 cup
Sugar
½ cup
Salt
A pinch
Egg
1
Vanilla Essence
¼ tbsp.
Cup to bake the cake

Butter or oil
2 tbsp

Method:
1.       Take a bowl and mix the flour, sugar and egg and mix well without any lumps.
2.       Take a microwave safe cup, heat little butter or oil and then take the mixed batter in a cup (half a cup).
3.       Keep it in the oven and bake for 2.5 mins or 3 mins. Take only half a cup batter because it raises as it gets baked.
4.       Allow to cool a bit and have it. Sometimes it turns rubbery if you leave it for long.



Note:
Adding vanilla essence is optional. If you don’t like the egg smell, add only egg whites.
