I remember my school days whenever I make this potato fry. This was on a weekly menu when I was at school. It tastes really yum when you have it with egg omelet, rasam or curd rice. This can be made in mins when you don't feel like spending much time in kitchen.
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3 peeled and chopped
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil As needed
Method:
Heat oil on a pan and add the chopped potatoes and let it cook on medium flame for 5 mins.
Then add the masala powders and salt to taste and again cook it for another 10 mins
Yummy potato fry is ready. Serve with rasam or sambar rice.
