This is also a basic recipe many of us now. I am just sharing the way i usually make.
Ingredients:
Fish any type you want - 6 to 7 pieces
Red Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a small bowl add all masala powders along with salt. Mix few drops of water and make it into a smooth paste.
Apply this paste over each piece of fish and let it rest for 5 to 10 mins in ref. (If you leave in fridge it helps the masala to be absorbed by the fish)
Heat some oil on a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces.
