This is an instant dosa recipe. Its healthy because it is made of whole wheat flour. This can be made in minutes. We can add twist to it by adding chopped onions, green chilli and curry leaves. I like both plain and with chopped onions.
Ingredients:
makes 4 to 5
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water to make smooth batter
Onion - 1/2 chopped finely
Green chillies - 2 chopped finely
Curry leaves - few chopped
Method:
Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add some salt and give a quick mix.
By adding water little by little, make a lumpfree batter.
Then add the chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves and give a quick mix
Make dosas like with normal dosa batter. Serve with idli powder or any chutney of your choice
