This is one of the recipes that comes to play when I have no time or interest to make something new (basically laziness). I make it atleast once in a week. It is very healthy too as it has both dal and spinach.
Ingredients:
Onion - 1 large chopped
Tomato - 1 large chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green chillies - 2 or 3
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Spinach - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Hing - 1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves - a spring
Salt to taste

Ingredients:

Method:
- Pressure cook all ingredients for 3 whistles.
- Once the pressure is released, mash them all together. Adjust salt.
- Serve with rice and papadam

Add hing
once pressure is released, mash the ingredients, check salt.. Yummy dal is ready
