Mixed vegetables-2 cups(i used frozen thai fry veggied which had baby corn,carrot,beans,broccoli)
Garlic-2 flakes chopped
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and add sombu to it.Then fry the onion and garlic till it becomes transparent.Then saute the tomatoes till it turns mushy.
- Add in all powders and fry till the raw smell goes.Then add in all the veggies and fry for a while.Add a little water just enough to cook them.
- Close lid and simmer for some time till the curry becomes dry.If its watery,simmer on open flame for some more time.Goes well with rice/Chapathi
