Easy Fish Curry

Fish cleaned and cut into pieces
Tamarind - lemon sized soaked in water
Tomato - 1 cubed
To make to a paste
Chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Shallots - 10 to 12
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves - generous amount
Salt to taste

Grind everything under the list to make to a paste.
Put the paste, mix with some water and add the tomatoes and bring to a boil
When it starts boiling add the tamarind water and fish and cook on low flame till the fish gets cooked.Roughly it takes around 30 mins for entire process.

Ingredients to make to a paste

take in a blender

put the paste & tomato in a bowl

Bring to a boil

Tamarind water

add tamarind water the boiling mixture

add fish and cook on low flame till fish gets cooked

serve with rice :)
